Aren’t we all are curious about the latest HTC smartphones? Over at the internet I’ve found a rather interesting post. This time the it’s about the comparison of three of the HTC most discussed phones, which are the HD, Diamond and Pro. Don’t get too excited though, since it’s a merely a picture comparison of the size of the three phones… Check out the pictures under. Enjoy, everyone.
Recently i got an interesting post related to the Sprint Diamond. It seems that the manual for the upcoming Diamond is now available from PPCGeek. According to my source, Sprint has left TouchFlo 3D alone for the most part. There is a new homescreen clock, the icons are in color when selected and SprintTV has been added, but overall it remains very similar to what we saw with the GSM Diamond including Opera Mobile and the YouTube application. The manual more confirms what we knew than gives us new bits of information, but one diamond in the rough (sorry, we couldn’t resist) is that it will support Sprint’s Picture Mail service. Lack of MMS has long been a gripe for smartphone users on Sprint, but it would appear that their wait is finally over. Now hopefully that September 2 date holds true.
iPhone competitors came from various manufacturers. This time we will compare the HTC Touch Diamond and Samsung i900 Omnia, which are amongst the top candidates of iPhone competitors. Well, there’s no need of introduction on these phones, since I believe that most of you are already know. Both of them have good and bad sides, so let’s check what intomobile has to say about this:
The HTC Diamond may have a better resolution, while Omnia is more solidly built. Likewise, the Diamond’s touch-sensitive scroll wheel is arguably better than Omnia’s optical joystick… I’ll stop here. If you’re interested to buy any of the two devices, you should read the full review. Every single aspect is compared — including user interfaces (TouchWiz vs TouchFLO 3D), design and construction, hardware and software controls, file management, multimedia, camera performance, pre-installed software, GPS, and more.
The article is ended with a draw. At the end, it’s the personal preferences that will make you choose one device over the other. Here’s the link to the full review.
HTC Diamond lovers, be prepared for an improvement by HTC. Following some sounds of disappointment from reviewers particularly about the TouchFlo, HTC has announced that HTC Diamond phones that are being shipped to Europe is equipped with a new version of TouchFlo 3D UI. Now, I can see that most of you are smiling…
The HTC Diamond phone has been creating a buzz in the telecom industry for quite some time now. It was recently shipped in the European markets and is said to provide faster speed and is more responsive.
We hope we see the improved HTC Touch Diamond making its way in other markets too. Inspite of being the first phone to be enriched with the TouchFlo 3D technology, it could not prove to be up to the mark. But HTC has taken an effort to implement the feedback by the users which has resulted into the improved version. We are impressed.
