We just got a very interesting rumor today. Engadget have informed us that the previously known as HTC HD3 will be renamed as the HTC HD7. As you might have suggested, the HTC HD7 will be the next successor of the HTC HD2. The renaming of the HTC HD3 to HTC HD7 might be caused by the fact that the HTC HD7 will use the Windows Phone 7 OS.

According to our source, the document you are seeing above came from an internal planning document from O2 UK. We haven’t got any other information about this HTC HD7, including the HTC HD7 specs, HTC HD7 review, HTC HD7 price or HTC HD7 picture; but we do heard that the HTC HD7 release date might be on October 18.

Interesting rumor, right? However, it is just a rumor. Although we are excited about it, don’t take it too seriously.

The T-Mobile G2 Android smartphone is getting closer to its release date. Today we got another picture of the T-Mobile G2 picture, showing the T-Mobile G2 glimpse from the front side and the slide out QWERTY keyboard.

According to our sources, the HTC Desire HD specs and features has a lot similarities with the HTC EVO 4G; with several twists. Unlike the CDMA HTC EVO 4G, the HTC Desire HD is a GSM cellphone. The Desire HD also lacks the WiMax connectivity of the HTC EVO 4G.

Several days ago there were a rumor about the first Windows Phone 7 device from HTC, known as the HTC Schubert. However, today we found a leaked pictures of the HTC Mozart, which shares a lot similarities with the HTC Schubert.

There has been some leaked images about successor of the HTC Desire, named HTC Desire HD. The photo leaked from a forum Uwants, and if the image is truly the HTC Desire HD, then the Desire HD will come with Android 2.2 Froyo with HTC Sense UI.

Other HTC Desire HD expected specs and features include 4.3-inch WVGA display, an 8-megapixel autofocus camera, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 4GB of internal memory, along with a microSD card, 720p HD video capture, WiFi and Bluetooth. Judging from the Desire HD specs, it seems that the Desire HD shares a lot similarities with the HTC EVO 4G. What’s missing in this Desire HD is the 4G a.k.a. WiMax connectivity.
