Do you know anything about Imageshack? It is a free image hosting 
I personally use their service to host my images on this site, and I tell you now that they work great! Awesome performance on uploading the image. Anyway, just recently Imageshack give give us a free application called the Imageshack Uploader for iPhone and iPod Touch.
