Finally the process of iPhone jailbreak and iPhone unlock is now officially legal in the United States. The Electronic Frontier Foundation effort in pursuing the legality of the iPhone jailbreak and iPhone unlock has just been approved by the U.S. Government. The foundation requested the iPhone to be exempted from the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and since the US government agree with them, then the iPhone jailbreak  and iPhone unlock is now officially legal.

Previously, there were no clear laws that rule the iPhone jailbreaking and iPhone unlocking, and it has been a sensitive issue. It is a great news for all iPhone Jailbreaking and unlocking community in the United States.

However, Apple still insisted that things should go the other way. But now that the law is on your favor, you can freely jailbreak or unlock your precious iPhone, whether it is the iPhone 4, iphone 3GS or other future iPhones.

Here’s an interesting demo video about the Nokia N9 (some call it Nokia N8-01, nokia N8-02, etc). Well, whatever the name is, I think that the Nokia N9 video is quite cool. It gives us a hint on some Nokia N9 specs and features, along with the comparison between the Nokia N9 against iPhone 3GS and HTC EVO 4G.

Anyway, from the video it is revealed that the Nokia N9 will sports a 4 inches, 640 x 360 display capacitive touchscreen with multitouch technology. Other specs and features revealed are WiFi, Bluetooth and an HDMI output, together with support for the North American 850/1900 3G bands.

I’m sure all of you know that Apple has announced the iPhone 4 last week. The new iPhone 4 utilizes the Apple A4 1GHz processor, while iPhone 3GS uses Cortex-A8 600Mhz processor. So the 400MB increase in the CPU speed is quite something. Apple has surely upgrade the display of the iPhone 4. This time it is a twitter apps named MucLac EasyTweet 1.1; the iPhone app is claimed to be the simplest Twitter Application in the Apple Appstore. You know, simple might be the very thing you are looking for ^^
