The Samsung Fascinate is Verizon Wireless version of the Samsung Galaxy S. There is a new Android smartphone to be released on September 16 from Samsung. Just recently Samsung have released invitation for the Samsung Android smartphone launch event in New York. As you can see from the invitation picture, the new Android smartphone could be a new version of Samsung Galaxy S.

Sprint has fulfill their promise and made their version of Samsung Galaxy S, the Samsung Epic 4G available for purchase. As we have mentioned before, Sprint is offering Samsung Epic 4G with a price of $349.99 with $100 mail rebate. That means at the end your expenses when buying Samsung Epic 4G will be $249.99
Samsung Epic 4G is rather different from the other US Galaxy S series (the Samsung Vibrant, Fascinate, Captivate). Two main differences between the Samsung Epic 4G and the other Galaxy S series is the physical QWERTY keyboard and the 4G (WiMax) connectivity.

When the Android 2.2 Froyo was announced, every single Android lovers are eager to hear when will the Samsung Galaxy S be running on Android Froyo. We have heard some rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S Android Froyo update on the early fall, but we have a screenshot suggesting that the Android Froyo Update for Samsung Galaxy S could arrive a little faster.
As you can see from the picture, the screenshot came from a device with a model number of GT-I9000; which is the model number for Samsung Galaxy S. This leaves us with a high expectation and hope. We really hope that the Samsung Galaxy S Android Froyo update will arrive sometime next month. But don’t expect too much, though… It is wise to be patient about it. Sooner or later the Froyo update will come anyway.

The latest rumor came from BGR; saying that they have a leaked internal documents showing Samsung Fascinate release date; and it seems that the previous rumors are true. It will be September 9.

Besides Samsung Fascinate, the leaked documents also showed other Android Smartphones, such as Motorola DROID, DROID 2, DROID X and DROID Incredible. The leaked document only showed us the data-plan for those smartphones. No further information is available.

The Samsung Fascinate was the last to arrive, compared to its three other siblings (Samsung Vibrant, Samsung Captivate and Samsung Epic 4G). Some notable specs of the Samsung Fascinate is basically similar with the other Galaxy S series. This Android smartphone uses Super AMOLED touchscreen, 5 megapixel camera, and 1 GHz hummingbird processor. One thing that is interesting about this Samsung Fascinate is the fact that it uses camera flash, just like the Samsung Epic 4G.
Just recently Samsung has released an official press release saying that Samsung have successfully sold more than one million of Samsung Galaxy S in the United States. Samsung have various variants of Samsung Galaxy S in the United States.
